Team Building Activities in the Central Coast

As you may have guessed from the name, the Central Coast has lots of options for Corporate Team Building that utilise the stunning coastline and local beaches. Around 1 – 1.5 hours North of Sydney, it is a great location for a quick trip away to recharge your team’s batteries or nail the annual conference with a gorgeous backdrop for extra-curricular activities. 

Pinnacle has many different styles of Team Building Activities to offer on the Central Coast. In one day, we could be helping to motivate and recharge participants with Yoga or beach boot camps at sunrise, challenging delegates with fun outdoor beach activities during the day and entertaining at night by hosting an enjoyable Trivia Challenge or Casino Night. 

Our most facilitated outdoor activities on the Central Coast include the Amazing Race, Beach Olympics, Survivor and Carnivale with clients looking to take full advantage of the sun and beaches. Another popular and fun team building activity that is popular on the Central Coast is our Raft Build and Race program. As this activity requires a specific kind of location it is not currently listed on our website. However, if Raft Building is something you’re interested in we’d be more than happy to chat through the details with you! This activity sees groups competing in initiative-style challenges to earn equipment which they will use to build their raft. The final challenge of the activity is for teams to build their raft from the materials they’ve earned and of course, race them! Perfect if you’re after a fun team building activity that incorporates the outdoors & water.

Terrigal is one of the most popular locations within the Central Coast to hold a Corporate Activity. Both The Amazing Race Terrigal and Terrigal Scramble utilise natural landmarks including Terrigal Beach, the Skillion, and Terrigal Haven as well as the popular main drag for these scavenger hunt-style events. The beautiful Crowne Plaza Terrigal overlooks the beach, making it easy for you to go from the hotel to the activity site in a few steps as well.

Slightly closer to Sydney, the seaside location of the Mantra Ettalong makes it an ideal location for our treasure hunt-style team building activities.

Further North there is the picturesque Bells Killcare, Noonaweena, & the Pullman Magenta Shores which has everything from a golf course, spa & it’s very own beach – perfect for team building activities! Slightly further inland you have the Mercure Kooindah Waters Golf Resort with plenty of beautiful indoor and outdoor areas for team bonding activities.
